Along with Derek Lomas, Michael Kai, and others, James Tunick is one of the founding members of Scape, an online social network and archive which enhances communication and the distribution of digital media within Universities and non-profit organizations. The SCAPE project won the Y50K $50,000 business plan competition at Yale Univerisity in 2005 and is currently being used at Yale, Stanford, UCSD, and by Teach for America.
